One year better
The Big Question:
If you did a completely honest audit of your life right now, where you live, what you do, who you surround yourself with, your income, your health, your body, your relationships, what you’ve achieved could you honestly say you’re happy with all of it?
Or is there a part of you that knows, there’s more for me?
And what if that “more” was only one year away?
What if one year of actually focusing on yourself building new disciplines, changing your habits, challenging the way you think and being intentional about how you live could genuinely change your life
Better opportunities.
Better finances.
Better relationships.
Better thinking.
A better life.
Not becoming somebody completely different.
Becoming a better version of you.
If you knew that version of your life was possible one year from now…
Would you commit to the process, 365 days away from a better version of YOU.
Are you happy?
Someone asked me this years ago and I wasn't honest with myself. My immediate answer was yes. But when I looked deeper, I wasn't satisfied with everything I'd achieved, some of the choices I'd made, or the direction things were heading.
When we're young, we dream without limits. Then time passes. Life might look fine from the outside, but inside it can feel repetitive, far from the life we once imagined. We start to wonder whether this is just how life is supposed to feel.
I don't believe it has to be this way.
What could actually change in one year?
We know that we are the sum of the choices we make. Habits shape everything from our health, relationships, finances, confidence, and opportunities. A single habit practiced consistently can shift the direction of a life. Now imagine building one meaningful habit every month for a full year. Twelve months. Twelve disciplines. Twelve genuine shifts in how you live.
The things holding us back aren't always permanent. Often they're just patterns we've repeated for too long. The distance between who you are today and who you believe you could become might be closer than you think.
I'm not the expert here

Why does this matter?
Because we have one life. One opportunity to make it count, one chance to build and leave a legacy, build something meaningful, and to leave something behind for the people who come after us.
That's reason enough to try.
This is One Year Better. Twelve disciplines. Twelve months. One honest journey built with the people following along.
Could life be better in a year? Let's find out.
