ABOUT JASPER

The town of Jasper lies in the heart of Jasper National Park in Alberta, Canada. Many visitors to the Canadian Rockies choose this rustic alpine village as their base, making use of the wide range of accommodation and dining options. Even if you are just passing through, you will find enough activities to keep you busy for the day. Many of the natural attractions that draw the biggest crowds are just a short drive away.

Athabasca and Tangle falls and Medicine and Patricia lakes are all popular day trips. Go rafting or hiking in Maligne Canyon, climb Mount Edith Cavell or take the Jasper aerial tramway for a great view of the town, several mountain ranges and glacial lakes. Drive the awe-inspiring Icefields Parkway to Banff and see the glacier-rich Columbia Icefield on your way.
